One regular, full-time, non-exempt, district-funded position, 40 hours per week, 11 months per year on the Oceanside Campus. Although normal working hours would be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, this position requires an irregular schedule, including some weekends and additional evenings according to the concert hall and performance schedule, as well as occasional evening instructional support needs. This is an "extended day" position, subject to possible fluctuations in daily working hours, and may be exempt from compensation for overtime in excess of 8 hours in one day. Hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a week period shall be compensated on an overtime basis. The person selected for this position will be subject to assignment to any district facility during any hours of operation.
The first-level interviews with the screening and interview committee will be conducted via Zoom. The second-level interviews may be conducted in person or via Zoom.

Board Policy 7800: Employee Residency requires all classified staff, administrators, and temporary/hourly short-term employees to maintain and permanently reside in a principal place of residence in the state of California that is within two hundred (200) road miles from the employee’s regularly assigned district worksite.
The District may consider an individual’s request to temporarily reside outside the State of California or beyond the 200-mile limit on a case-by-case basis, provided it does not exceed 12 consecutive months.
Under general supervision, serve as house manager for the district concert hall and other music facilities; provide front-of-the-house oversight and coordinate other setup requirements for music department events; assist with and perform other department related duties as assigned, including a variety of administrative, technical and instructional support relevant to the music and music technology programs.
Starting at $6,804.83 per month (range 25, step 1), with annual salary step increases up to step 5.
